When you are ready, create both your personal and your company accounts. Customise your company profile by adding key elements such as your company details, your team and services. Publishing content like thought leadership articles or showcasing your projects within the modules will help further enhance your profile.
Once your setup is complete, you’ll gain access to the full portal. Here, you can begin exploring and experiencing all the perks of the membership, from exclusive access to available modules to customising and publishing personal listings.

If you downgrade, your existing listings, content and profile will remain tied to your account. However, if you cancel your membership, your listings and content will be archived. Don’t worry, since if you return to the platform, your listings can get unarchived! This feature is still a work in progress, and we’ll share updates as soon as it’s ready.

You can add or update company profile and details through the Company Profile tab in the navigation bar. Then, select Edit Company Profile and make any changes you need.
A member of Coliving Insights can have 2 email addresses: one is the private email that is attached to their account and the second is a public email showcased on your profile. If you want to change your public email address, just head to the User Profile tab on the navigation bar, then click Edit Profile and update it there. To change your private email, go to User Settings > Update Email and follow the steps.
To change your password, simply go to the User Settings tab on the navigation bar and click Update Password. You will then be presented with easy instructions.
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna), bank redirects, and region-specific options such as iDEAL, Link, eftpos Australia, and CUP.
We currently offer two membership plans: Starter for 99,00 EUR /monthly and Business for 199,00 EUR /monthly. For more details about each plan, visit the Plans tab on the front page of the platform.
You can update your billing information by going to the User Settings tab in the navigation bar. From there, select Billing Settings and follow the instructions to update your payment details.
If you'd like to cancel your membership plan, you can do so through the Plans and Billing tab in the navigation bar. Please note that cancellations can only be processed after your current membership period ends.
You can change your membership plan after your quarterly or yearly membership period ends. To learn more about available plans and how to change them, visit the Plans and Billing tab in the navigation bar.
You can view all your uploaded listings and content directly in your profile or by navigating to the specific module in the navigation bar.

As a member, you can access discounts for additional listings and services through your Account Settings, which can be accessed through your navigation bar on the left. Click on My Subscription, and you’ll find a tab with the complementary discounts.

You can edit or delete your listing anytime for your convenience. Simply go to the relevant module in the navigation bar, click on My [Module] (e.g., My Events, My Projects), and you’ll see a list of all your submissions. For each listing, you’ll find edit and delete options on the top right corner—just click to make changes or remove the listing entirely.
Every listing goes through an approval process by the X team to maintain quality and relevance. When you hit submit, your listing will show as "Under Review." If approved, it will be automatically published onto the platform. If not, you’ll receive an email about the reason and how to move forward.
You can submit listings through the appropriate module in the navigation bar—click the module, then click Submit. Alternatively, use the quick link on your dashboard to submit directly. Both methods take you to a submission form where you can add all the details and visuals to bring your listing to life through written details and visuals.
While everyone can view upcoming events on the front page, past events are not visible there. However, as a member, you can view all the events, including the past ones. To view past events, simply visit the portal, where you’ll find a list of all events. After the event date has passed, it will be marked with a "Past Event" tag, while upcoming events will have the "Upcoming Event" tag.
The Marketplace is where you browse, submit, and benchmark physical products and services—think tools, software, or consultancy services. The Showroom, on the other hand, is for showcasing projects and offerings like coliving spaces or innovative initiatives. For example, a co-living operator could list their available properties in the Showroom while showcasing the design services they use in the Marketplace.
Your dashboard is your hub for everything relevant happening on Coliving Insights. It gives you a quick overview of the latest community submissions, news and announcements. You will also find shortcuts to submit your own listings for relevant modules and find information on the platform’s updates and new features.
